We are an US veteran owned small company operating west of Houston. We will custom build to your request, as close as we can. Our products are well built for longevity and, with your help, a light cleaning and sanding will maintain its beauty for years to come. Some assembly required. This item arrives on a pallet and will be delivered to the nearest LTL facility. Customer will need to pick up. If requested customer may have it delivered to their home for an additional fee. Our apologies for this, shipping company policy. Due to weight, lift gate will be required or customer can have it delivered to a business with a fork lift or loading dock.
